    Ideas for SoB glyph

    well obviously they will have to change this glyph since ret wont have SA anymore. So lets come up with some ideas of what the new glyph of Sob should do.

    Heres my idea:
    Glyph of Sob-While Seal of blood/Martyr is active, the self inflicted damage is removed and increases the dmg of Seal of Blood/Martyr by 1%

    how ever op or weak it is, its a ok transition from not having SA and we wouldnt have to be emo to ause 85% of our dmg in raids.

    Under SoB/SoM ur target has a chance of taking X damage - where X = the number of saronite nodes currently unmined in Sholazzar Basin + your Weapon Damage

    heres mine:
    Glyph of the Martyr: removes damage taken by SoM but reduces bonus damage by 5%

    logical, removes damage without being OP

    that is quite good, but you can make the glyph add a region to it

    if they remove the recoil they are going to have to nerf it because removing the recoil alone would make SoB/M so good it would be pointless in getting SoC in the ret tree

    nobody would ever take this glyph - especially with the dps problems we have alrdy

    Seal of Blood increases the effectiveness of your judgements of the wise by 30%

    But as u "should" know. SoB is made for pve and SoC is made for pvp. so if u wanna pvp, then spec into SoC, if u wanna pve, then dont spec into SoC. simple as that.

    I'm not positive about numbers here (not saying yours are wrong, just that I don't know what would be appropriate), but I think this is the most logical direction for them to take the Glyph. The glyph was obviously intended to boost your mana while using Seal of Blood; granted, before it was a synergistic boost, playing off the fact that Ret actually turned the recoil damage into a positive aspect of the spell, but still.

    There's another possibility along the same lines. Instead of letting the glyph buff Judgements of the Wise, let the glyph grant you mana whenever you deal damage with Seal of Blood or Judgement of Blood. Numbers could be adjusted, but it would have the same feel it does currently (I'm hurting myself, but that's ok because I turn that pain into mana).

    Why bother wasting the extra gold and loot you could get, just take 2-5 Ret Pallys depending on how many mobs you have to kill per pull

    Another logical one would be reducing, but not removing, the feedback damage. Though I personally wouldn't like that(I prefer actually gaining damage, rather then taking less damage, and increasing mana gained, is an indirect increase in damage, because you won't run oom as fast).

    It'll probably end up being a flat boost in damage done, because blizzard is known for their boring "fixes". Not that it would be bad, it would just be really boring..

    glyph will increase damage

    or decrease the mana cost of your retibution spells by 25% for 5 seconds after judgement

    or change glyph of judge to reduce cooldown of judgement by 2 seconds so that means more mana and more dps

    or glyph of blood you gain 5% base mana every 5 seconds

    so which of these ideas are good?
    and which are retarded?


    HMMM?

    or glyph of blood you gain 5% total mana every 5 seconds and you most make seal of blood in ret tree down somewhere where you need at least 40 points to go get it

    Doesn't remove the recoil so they wouldn't nerf the damage output. And in turn gives us mana when used it would essentially be the same thing as now but I suggest 20-25% instead of 10

    But all in all this is most logical one I've read GmfG!

    you would get too much mana
    our mana pools are under 6k

    no im not always gonna put in a lot of thought when i post

    healthpenalty would be lower if they made anything..
