[3.1] New idea of a dw frost tank

Hey there...
since i find it kind of "cooler" to dual wield i'm looking for a dw-tank spec for 3.1 beacuse i think the Blade Warding enchant will kind of rock on 2 weapons. i came out with this:

The rotation used for aoe-tanking is DnD - HB (since it isnt affected by ff anymore and instead infects the mobs with ff) - BB - dump with DC(till here the mobs should love you already ;-)) - BB - HB - DND - dump - BB - HB - BB - dump and then repeat (i know its a little long and it hast 3 dump times in it, but i think (and recount told me^^) that after DnD - HB - BB the aggro should be high enough to get around the first dump.

My attempt on a single target aggro rotation looks like this: HB - PS - IT - DC - DC - BS - BS and repeat (no dump times but not the best aggro :/)

Please let me know what you think about this spec and the rotations

That build would be better if you used it with a 2H.

If you used a 2H and changed talents around to include frost strike and annihilation, it would be significantly better.
