What ret pally glyphs to use in 3.1

the avenging wrath glyph is crap because your wings have to be up. planing to have your wings up at the 20% mark is more likely to hurt your DPS than help.

Beginning of fight > 1st Wings
Wings ready again when boss is @around 30%
wait for 10% > 2nd Wings > win

That is VERY situational. On a 3minute patchwerk, sure. But on other fights it just doesn't mean much, lets say its a 4minute fight, pop wings off the start, get them at 50% and wait about a minute and a half to make use of the glyph?

Its better to just get a straight up damage increase rather than forcing yourself to hold onto your cooldowns to make use of the glyph
