Demo/Destro hybrid build question

I am wondering about the 0/41/30 and I want to ask does 3/3 Pyroclasm out dps 3/5 Demonic Tactics?
Would appreciate it if you answer

I am pretty sure you would need between 55 and 60% crit with conflag in order for pryoclasm to be better than Demonic tatics, so I would say Demonic Tatics is superior

More over, I think pyroclasm is a 7th tier talent in 3.1 and you won't have enough points in destro to get it as 41/30.

Yup you would need 33 (Searing Pain Spec) or 34 points (Conflag spec) in Destro to get 3/3 Pyro to proc.

Yeah I made a mistake I meant to put 0/40/31, and the Pyroclasm making it 0/37/34
