Can't say I've read too much about ptr and 3.1 so to some this might be a stupid question but I would still like and answer even if it makes me look stupid.
LoH 20min CD base.
Glyph -5mins
Talents -4mins
4 parts of t3 -12mins
= no CD on LoH meaning I could spam LoH every gcd if needed or what? Hopefully I missed something else I am really confused.

the 4 pc t3 set was changed, people did do this on ptr before they changed it but an instant free heal with no cd is to OP

This was brought up a month ago and has been changed and fixed for weeks now.
