The chance to miss an enemy player will be max 5% if they have talents that can reduce the hit chance by this much. If they don't have any of these talents the chance to miss is 0% not factoring in dodge, parry etc. So it doesn't work like PvE where you have an baseline chance to miss.Originally Posted by vbrokop
