    Affliction hit cap for pvp is 4% right now on live, dunno about destro tho. So it will prolly be the same at 3.1.

    You still need to have 4% hit and about 120-130 spell pen for PvP. Atleast that's the best to do, else there will be to much misses/resists which you dont want

    Edit: Infinitus your wrong btw, just searched for it, but change to hit against an EVEN level enemy is 96%. Also in PvP ye..
