in SoTA, starting order fixed. Horde always starting is a serious gimp for horde, and is most likely cutting the honor recieved compared to alliance by half or so. Whenever there is less alliance, and no more joins, the game ends within 5m while horde needs to defend for 10 minutes every time, however if there is less horde, alliance can pretty much zerg all the gates down before the 5m is up earning them alot of honor and most likely costing horde the game even if additional players join. why this has not been hotfixed, is out of my reach.
