The small red bar next to (what i assume is) his ToT's name appears to serve that function. I guess he doesn't see his own health as his own responsibility in group situations (blame the healer)

My new unit frames are going to be kinda big too, they'll be approx as tall as default target frame, obv talking about its rectangular part. As you might have noticed everything is getting a bit bigger in my UI. Mine will be narrower (width-wise) than yours though...

Yeah, I would only remove a bit of the width. I like how "big" they are. But I am currently to lazy to also change buff size etc then

Yea, I'm trying to figure out my way of the center frames. I wanted to do like you've done with just the few buttons (as WAs) but whenever I start making the WAs I end up scrapping them because everything I need to keep track of is there on my bar lol. (plus I don't know how to get 2px borders for WA icons)

I dun use WA for my buttons. I just took a spare dominos action bar. reduced it to 5 buttons and made it clickthrough. WA is awesome for making buttons cause we can animate them. but I dunno the code for making them change to other skills based on class and spec. I'm not going to keep creating new WA groups for every class I play lol! So easier to just drag and drop skills onto an action button.

yes its Masque - ElvUIesque Skin. I edited it to make it a thin rectangle.
