[Enh] Weapon choice question

I was wondering what you think a better weapon setup would be (these are my options).

MH- KT's Reach, OH- Angry Dread

or

MH- Angry Dread, OH- The Stray

My bad, I read the OP item names wrong.

The toss up.. I would probably go with Reach / AD. With my current EP values.. AD is a slightly better mainhand than Reach, although, is a significantly better offhand than the Stray.

So yes, I would go with Reach / AD. (I'm not sure how much the .1 weapon speed will impact the overall dps)

I used KT's Reach as my MH and Angry Dread on my offhand. I think based on their damage, they are the best MH and OH choices. As for stats, I made that up elsewhere with gear choices, enchanting and gemming.

On a side note of no relation to practical dps... KT's Reach is one sweet looking item with its pimp looking spinner. I just wish we could have KT's Reach be re-classified as unique, but able to be an OH so when we hit Ulduar, we can get the other version that is MH only. We have gotten so many of these in our guild on 25 Naxx that it's a crying shame that some finally got sharded.

I'm using that as MH and the Angry Dread as OH and haven't found any better in the game atm, there are a few nice ones coming in ulduar though

If you need the hit though I would use Angry Dread and The Stray, but if your hit is good then take the KTR/AD

Yea, I believe Monkeyfoo was mixing up KT's Reach with Calamity's Grasp. Of course CG is an upgrade over KT'sR but some of us aren't lucky enough to get a hold of one. I'm personally using Kt'sR/AD and trying to get a CG. Still hoping to see some nice slow mh/oh's pop up in Ulduar out of the gear that hasn't been seen yet but I guess that is just a wait-and-see type thing.
