TTW requeriment stats?

Who could please tell me which stats are required to get TTW working? like how much sp, fire, ect? To know if I m ready or not or just when I reach them...

446 Hit cause you have no talents or 368 with a balance druid or shadow priest
Crit I have heard many different things 25-30% self buffed is good but I could be wrong, your fire crit will be higher due to talents and then depending on if you are doing scorch or a warlock is doing ISB then you will have more
>400 Haste I believe is what you wanna be looking for which isn't terrible hard wiith the new 3.1 gear
>1800 SP unbuffed

I believe those are the base stats you wanna look for but then again I could be completely wrong hope that helps

Stack haste and spell power.
