So basically you root and slow the adds while nuking the heart and then hope for them not being too close to him when he goes normal again?

Only did him on 10man so far, but when he returned to normal after heartphase the adds were still far away enough to not be a threat of coming to close to XT before we could kill them. We tanked him a bit up the stairs.
