Insane dmg if you have 4 pieces of T7.5 and Sigil of the Vengeful Heart in unholy presence. Awesome with Sigil of Awareness too of course but not quite as awesome

use HB to refresh Forst Fever if necessary. If not, just for Rime proc before using it..
