[Enhancement] What weapon to use?

Hey ya'll. Since the implent of the newest patch fast weapons became rather.. I don't wanna say worthless but you know.

I used to use Webbed Death.

+43 Agility
+37 Stamina
Durability 75 / 75
Requires Level 80
Equip: Improves hit rating by 21 (0.64% @ L80).
Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 31 (0.68% @ L80).
Equip: Increases attack power by 66.


Then without any luck of getting Angry Dread, ever. I picked up this weapon from Ulduar

Equip: Improves haste rating by 38 (1.16% @ L80).
Equip: Increases attack power by 68.

However I finally got my Angry Dread today;

274 - 509 Damage Speed 2.50
(156.6 damage per second)
(1425 feral attack power)
+31 Agility
+42 Stamina
Durability 105 / 105
Requires Level 80
Equip: Improves hit rating by 25 (0.76% @ L80).
Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 29 (0.63% @ L80).
Equip: Increases attack power by 86.

Is it better to use the Slow Angry even though it's so much lower on DPS?

Fast weapons + Enh Shaman + patch 3.1 = bad.

Slow weapons + Enh Shaman + patch 3.1 = good.

The fast weapon would have to be closer to 60-70 dps more to be as good as the Angry Dread.
