Crag for 6mp5 or Storm for 15 crit strike rating?

For a holy paladin, are we better off getting Greater Inscription of the Crag (+24 SP, +6 MP5) or Greater Inscription of the Storm (+24 SP, +15 Critical Strike Rating)?

Obviously either could be better in a specific situation (regen vs throughput) but didn't know if there was a general consensus in the holy pally community.

Generally, the crit rating is better off, as more crits not only equals higher output, but also Illumination. That's pretty much the general consensus.
