Just picked up 4 piece [ENH], and it's amazing!

You definitely can see a huge difference in dps, around the 300 to 400 mark from the set bonus. LBolt has overtaken WF as 2nd on my dps list. Been easily topping 5k dps in every fight so far this raid week, so quite excited.

/sigh . . . I wish we were a little more progressed so I could have picked up some by now. Pretty intense that you already got a 4-piece unless you guys/gals don't gear tanks/healers first. Regardless mucho grats on it. ;D

Same here what with being off on holiday for a couple of weeks immediately after patch and guild drama (aka probably dissolved), I've yet to do more than the initial entry bosses. Actually come to think of it I've only actually done 3 raids since patch 3.1 launched. Just really bad timing and guild issues.

well we havent had but 3 pieces of drop, got 2 of them so its not only about priorizing to tanks but also bad luck (or well now we got 2-3 more drops i think but anyway)

I was lucky and none of my rogues wanted the Mace from Thorim. As far as Tier gear.. We haven't seen any shammy tokens drop. So I'm still with 2 set T8 from 10 man. With this thread, I'm really looking forward to getting the other two pieces.

sadly my raid gives precedent to tanks ( actually not sadly, but you know what I mean ). I won't be seeing a single piece till they're geared to the teeth.

Same here Shaam. Actually tanks & healers. We control loot based on a loot council which is typically fair. I have no problem with gearing up our tanks/healers first when it comes to the loot since it makes most all the fights easier to handle. Besides, I still hold my own just fine with my 4-piece T7.5 for now.

We gear tanks and healers first, but i managed to nab head piece in 10 man and 8.5 pants from emalon. The first set bonus is amazing, lookin forward to the 4 piece.

Our tanks and healers have been getting geared. I have yet to receive a single protector token from a 25 man. I got one piece from VoA, 2 pieces from 10 man runs, and bought my token last night with 58 conquest badges. We have cleared Uld coming up on our 3rd time, and cleared 10 man 2 times, 3 this week. One of our resto shams has his 4 piece, we have a rog with 4 piece, a fury war with 4 piece, and our tanks have a few pieces each. Doing hard modes in 10 man also rewards a conquest badge instead of a valor, so I'd recommend doing a few of the hard modes.

Our gear is also all counciled, and we have always geared the tanks first, but our 10 man tanks already have 25 man upgrades, so it's really just between me and the resto sham, but he's been taking a lot of offpiece upgrades from 25 man.

About the dps, that's nice that yall are doing 6k dps on alts. I only reach 6k on certain fights and novelty fights (such as XT, because of his heart) and Hodir, and Ignis. But grats to yall.

Random loot is the suck. one mage picked up his two piece bonus on the first night of raiding when emalon dropped both and he was the only mage in the group. lucky since we dont charge gp on VoA loot.

Though I did get my bracers off hodir last night and I am "suppose" to be getting 6 orbs for Belt of the Dragon today.

I'd get boots before belt if I were you. Also try to find the BoE bracers off Razorscale 10 man, I was lucky enough to have them drop, as they are second BiS next to the bracers off Hodir.

There is an ilvl 239 pair of mail boots in the game that are clear BiS. The craftable belt is the BiS belt. The craftable boots are about as good as any other ilvl 226 boots, don't waste orbs on them.
