pvp hit cap for ret?

i was playing around with some stats trying to push up my crit and i was wondering if i should drop below hitcap for it ? is it worth keeping hit capped for arena now a days? or should i just go for the crit and RNG
since ret seems to need all the help it can get with burning healers down

the hit cap in pvp is 5%, i sit at 4.65% and I'm fine, only class/race I have misses on are paladins and any class blood elf, just b/c of the racial 2% spell resistance, and paladins having the spell resist talents.
