Finally 1850, suggestions for weapon please!

Hi guys!

Finally got my 1850 with my Shaman partner, it'll be a big upgrade since I only have Wraith Spear haha.

Now the real question is which one should i get? 5% crit, ignore armor or sword? I remember loooong time ago i used to use sword because of windfury procs, but are swords still good ever since they changed windfury?

Anyways..any suggestions would be good, Thanks in advance!

3355 AP
175 Hit
29.32% Crit in Battle Stance

and I didnt gem for Armor Penetration, just pure Str and Crit.

And I'm guessing Berserker for enchant?

i would assume it matters more what bg group your in, like if your has a lot of DKs, pallys , warriors, shammys, or druids i think mace spec will come out on top if you regem for ArPen

Also 12 seconds aint most of the time anyway.

1/12 = 8.333333....% of the time which i not most.. not even close.

What else are you gonna use that glyph slot for? Our glyphs are fucking terrible.

Remeber that Mace talent removes 15 % of that persons armor, meaning if you meet a priest you could just kick out 2 sunder armor and have same effect with the axe critt dmg next to it.

Sword was good until they fixed it, i have tried all 3 in pvp.

I myself got the Gladiator Axe and think its the best way to increase dmg by far, critt is very importent as you enter higher rating alot of healers will have high resilience.

So if you want good reliable dmg, i would go for Axe straight away, 5 critt is alot in arena. And go for Strenght and Critt gems for pvp. Dont go for anything else, if you have a palli healer that can give you kings i would use strenght gems only so you benefit more from the buff.

Its always good to ask for a second opinion, I've heard Mace is better if you gemmed for armor pen, but wanted to make sure, also theres quite a few top wars using sword so i simply asked what'd everyone think.

If you dont like seeing questions then maybe the forums isnt for you dbrock, lol

To be helpful than. I would go for 110 AP if I were you. That's what I went for anyway. Uptime is 100% unlike berserking, also, berserking lowers your armor with 5%. Not that it's a lot, but it might just make the little difference on another melee class.

yeah I still dont know which enchant to get, especially we go against a lot of melees in our battlegroup for some reason, but berserking + greatness proc sounds like good burst damage though.
