    UI Compilation

Beyond my UI I also offer two home-made add-ons on the repository.

    Disable Login Spam
    - Disables the yellow-text spam with messages about new patches or similar when you login. Allows you to easier spot your Guild Message of the Day, and other important notices.

    Disable Runes
    - Removes the Blizzard Rune Frame, ideally for levelling Death Knights while using Omni_CC which displays the Rune Cooldown on the individual ability.

    Have fun

As for the actual UI, I like it. It's very clean, but it looks like it shows you everthing you need to know. Cheers.

I'm gonna try it now and post ss it seems nice tho.

Do you really use 8x multisample? :O

EDIT: I found MANY profiles, which one do I have to load for every addon?

Nice, I'm wondering what your comp spec is, can you please tell me? :P

I'll switch to my secondary wow installation in few mins and try to load the profiles again. I think there was something wrong with recount size and positioning but probably I have loaded a wrong profile.

EDIT: Recount profile Nezoia - Deathwing won't move/resize recount window I moved it manually

    Re: Nezoia's UI and Add-Ons

I love the look of this mod, and desperately want it for my spriest, however I'm a massive newb when it comes to installing and properly running addons. What I've done thus far is install your mod to my desktop, extracted the addon files to my addon section and replacing my old addons with them, filled the WTF folder with my character's information where necessary and inserted that where the old one was, and then logged in.

However when I log in none of the addons are operational, and only the keybindings and screen settings have been adopted. I'm obviously missing something big here, but I don't know what it is. When logging into my character the Addon's button is missing so I'm not able to see what's turned on and off etc.

If you could give me some directions I would be very appreciative! Thanks!

    Re: Nezoia's UI and Add-Ons

I shouldn't have posted so hastily after attempting to download the UI. I have now got all the addons working, however it is not in the layout you have. Will I need to construct it myself or is there a pre-made setting that I have to activate in order to do it?
    Thanks again!

Load the "Nezoia - Deathwing" profiles on each add-on, and remember /reloadui between profile changes.

Well you've made relatively a clean UI.

But there's DoTs overlapping the combat text.
Omen looks veeery crammed in - You can remove some of the text that's not needed aswell.
Buttons have keybindings on them, making them look unfinished.
There's a bar with the text 'Now is the time!' on, not sure what it is but it's a bit too long.
I don't see the need of your own name on the unit frame, unless you're forgetful.
And I dislike the font choice, but that's personal of course.

    Well done though!

Combat Text usually not enabled, it's from when playing another character. I just rarely get to take screenshots in raids.

Probably, I usually don't look at it ;-)

Buttons have keybindings on them, making them look unfinished.
I normally only display keybindings when playing alts, or as healer. I typically forget to change it back when playing shadow.

It's up to the individual to configure what they like most, because I doubt people plan to re-use my keybindings.

I don't see the need of your own name on the unit frame, unless you're forgetful.
    It's called symmetry.

Nez: take a look at an addon on Curse called "Reflux." It might be helpful for you to avoid having to answer all these "how do I load everything" questions .

What addon for the unit frames?

This UI personally doesn't work for me, but it looks nice. Bit too generic for my tastes.

Hmf... That's because others copied the layout concept then

    Re: Nezoia's UI and Add-Ons

Very clean UI, I'm going to try this out tonight. Been looking for a change from my self-made one just don't have the time to spend cleaning up my own.

    Thank's for making it avail.

    Re: Nezoia's UI and Add-Ons

The overall layout is quite nice &clean indeed, but imho there are some minor accuracy flaws :<

What I really like is the configuration and look of your classtimer-like-thingie and Player/Target/ToT-Unitframes. Nice work!

If I'd do something that lines most stuff at the bottom, I'd try to keep it straight in one line... for example the upper line of the uppermost bar of the threatmeter is slightly higher than the uppermost line of Grid units, which therefor is slightly higher than the upper border of the minimap.
I'd also chose a consistent distance to the border of the screen that each element (including chat) inherits.

Like I already said, it's not a big deal after all, but it's noticeable ^.^

I also dislike the standard font set. Some non-serif font would fit the clean layout style wayyy better I think

Hope that was helpful in some way. Keep up the good work
