Blizcon live stream...?

I won’t be able to attend blizcon so I was excited that I could pay for a stream online...but now I am confused. Do I have to buy direct TV service and simply because they can’t get a person to my house before blizcon I get to watch a live stream though them? Am I reading this right or will there be an option to pay to watch a live stream...And yes I know utv/justin.tv all that crap id actually like to pay for a reliable stream from a company approved by blizzard or is that not possible without changing my cable provider?
