Vex Interface Download

[Vexione]

Resolution: Designed for 1680x1050 but it is configurable.

Vex Interface is a custom built UI that aims to be nice and clean but at the same time informative and organized, preserving lots of screen space while providing you with the info you need. Originally designed for caster DPS but works well with any other class.

Instructions (also included in Read Me file)

1. Follow link below and download / extract VexInterface
2. Go to your WoW directory and backup your Interface and WTF folders.
3. Remove those folders from your WoW directory and replace them with the new Interface and WTF folders you downloaded.
4. Open the WTF folder and rename the following:

YourAccount -> to your account name
YourRealm -> to your server name
YourCharacter -> to your character name

5. Start the game and type the following to change addon profiles to Vexione - Stormscale

/bar (for Bartender)
/sldt (for Data Text)
/sexymap (Change Scale to around 75% because it starts out too big)

Other common addon commands:

/pitbull (Pitbull)
/sbf options (Satrina buff frames)
/arkinventory config (ArkInventory Bags)

Enjoy! I'm quite busy nowadays so limited support is available. Always backup your current UI. 8)

Known Issues:

-SLDT sometimes displays a LUA error message when logging on because your latency always starts at 0.
-ArkInventory sometimes glitches so you can't click on your bag items. If this happens feel free to use a different bag addon.

FYI, on the ArkInventory glitch, this can happen with any bag addon. ArkInventory has detection and "fixing" in place to handle this bug - I'm unaware that any other bag addon has the same, but some might. I've seen this happen with OneBag and Bagnon.

:-[ unfortunatlly I am the biggest noob when it comes to UI raided through almost everthing with only the 3 threat/damage ones.

So can you help me i got 2 questions about your UI

1. In the middle of the screen there are blue buff duration bars which i havent been able to remove i simply cant find the corresponding addon which confiqurates them.

2. Is there a way to move the text from general chat and similar more to the left because it goes straight into my spell icons

Great UI, just downloaded it and started changing it to my own likes. Overall kept most of your settings.

Only trouble is i'm finding an overlap of text directly under my characters unitframe (haven't moved it from your settings). The text shows my FPS but overlaps my armor and bag space text. I can scroll over to see them separatly, but can't find the addon thats controlling them.

You'll have to manually resize the different addons (KGPanels backgrounds, recount windows, chatter text area, etc.)

-Right click on the chat tab to unlock and resize the chat windows.
-Type /kgpanels config to open KGpanels and unlock / resize the panels.
-Type /recount config to open recount and unlock / resize the window.

Probably have to resize other stuff but you'll need to play around.

I'm thinking it's Power Auras but if you post a screenshot I'll know what you're talking about. If you're using Chatter, you can move the chat panels around by right clicking the tabs to unlock it, then drag the corners to resize/move.
