Fury PvP

So,

Is Fury PvP viable?

By this i mean can i reach 1500 rating in 2v2 with a resto shaman as fury or is this spec dead and buried?

What spec would you suggest - im currently thinking maybe something along the lines of... http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#LcbGzfZhxbsEbzrcRikAo

I am honestly looking for a fury build that works in PvP as i prefer the playstyle but curious as to whether its workable and what spec to use?

Personally i'd roll with this spec:

as for viability its no more or less than pre patch when arms was terribad, so you could probably get to 1700~ if you are good enough, but if you are good enough to get to 1700 as fury you could probably beat 2k as arms

this is better first one but I would spend 5 pts to deflection instead of imp. heroic strike

No points in bloodsurge,because it is too much RnG.2 points in Improved berserker rage when you need rage badly.Combined with bloodrage you get 30 rage asap and another 10,not to mention the amount of rage when you get hit by any attack.
