When to go fury?

I know that Arms is better with worse gear and Fury is better with higher level gear. But when exactly do I go Fury? With Fury I have 4k AP, 30% ArP, 27.72% crit, 24/24 expertise, and 418 hit.

First of all i suggest u fix the stats for arms. U need more crit for both fury and arms. U need more expertise for both of them. And u need alot less hit for arms.
Get dualspec and have one spec Arms and one that is Fury and u can easilly change and try out for yourself what spec that fits u best.
