Am I alone out there? I specifically rolled druid back in s2 to do arena as feral ( almost made gladiator this previous season...finally) back before it was FoTM and ended up as a fricking dreamstate druid for most of s3 and 4 since noone wanted a cowbearcat, and hating it the whole time...even my friends turned on me and threatened to teabag me while I slept if I didn't go resto or dreamstate

First character was a Warrior, leveled to 30ish before finding it was boring and not suited for my tastes. Rolled a Druid and had tons of fun leveling to 60. I didn't do much because I was highly casual at the time and deleted him when I thought I was quitting WoW.

Came back after friends were telling me about BC, though I rolled a Pally because I wanted to try something else, I wanted to try healer and Pallies were new to Horde. Leveled to 70 and did some light raiding (Kara mostly). Once I got bored with the Pally, I got to leveling another Druid, my current character. I made it to 50ish before I stopped playing WoW.

Came back after WotLK got out and finished leveling my Druid and I play him exclusively now. Favorite class of all I tried (most didn't make it past level 20, I know it's not a good way to judge but meh) and I just love the flavor of the class.

TL;DR
I play what I like and then I figure out how to be good at it, rather than the contrary.

When someone has played such a large variety of classes like yourself, I guess its only logical that the druid class falls into good taste, with its wide array of classroles ^^

Same here, cept all my toons are 60+ not 70+. I have 5 80's but I hardly touch them and focus primarily on my druid.

I tried to arena on my druid in Season 5 and it was pretty epic fail, I did -alright- but I couldn't find a teammate worth a shit. I did run druid/druid for awhile and it was fun, but we kept getting stomped by dps/dps teams and dk/pali.

Everything else we had a fighting chance in, but with the amount of dk/pali teams, we couldn't get our rating above 1700 :-\.

Always had a thing for shapeshifting and I played a wolf and bear druid in D2. I couldn't resist continuing my face-munching habbits in WoW for to long.
