i am thinking of Ironsoul due to with an arm spec i would have alot of ARP but Betrayer of Humanity has nice stats

which is better

since i am arms i just don't know

BoH wins, mace spec died with the implmentation of the ArP cap.

Go for Betrayer imo. Axe spec is still more viable than mace spec , even tho ArP has some good benefits but you'll have to socket a lot and it's not worth it ( Imo : PvP wise ) for the mean time.
