    Alliance 3.2 raid gear

Is quite possibly the most hideous thing I have ever laid my eyes on. This is supposed to be tier 9, and not only are they reusing many models from previous tiers (I hope to god they are. Warrior/Paladin/DK all look identical..) but the weapons? The mace looks like a stupid club. The sword is slightly better than the carrots I'm getting used to seeing, and the Axe's are just dont look good.

Come on Blizz, step it the fuck up. I've seen some truly mind-blowing sets in terms of looks, but Wrath has been ugly as sin so far.

    Dude.

Did you not see the disclaimer he put in the news post? All the models are placeholders. This is the first release (beta) of a PTR build. Pay attention.
^ The above should be taken with two grains of salt and a fistful of "chill the F* out".

Well the weapons are as it stands, but the armor is all placeholders, as well as the models for the crafted gear. Everything is a placeholder right now except for the weapons.

My God people, how many times does this have to be said. All tier 9 armor are currently placeholders. And weapons are the actual models.

Even if they are placeholders they still are the current gear sets for Ulduar and the content thats out right now. In the burning crusade everyone looked different with Kara/ssc/hyjal/BT gear, why did blizzard have to make everyone look the same with the shoulders and helms with the Wrath release. So far thats been the major disappointment.

Yes, curse blizzard for re-using models for gear That won't even remotely look like the models they're currently having! Curse them for showing these ugly abominations for us who can't wait for the real models we have to complain about their current appeal when we all know they are just placeholders.

Also, who cares if they're re-using models over and over? You'll all look the same in the end anyway, might as well get used to it early.
