Need some gearing advice

I recently switched over to Deep demo (Meta/ruin) for raid buffs. Initially, i was took up the 3% hit talent in order to free up some points to allow for more spell power. However, after reading some forums regarding talent points, i'm stuck between which points to take.

To put things simply, it's just a choice between T8.5 pants or Leggings of the wanton spellcaster. The cost of getting the leggings with hit is about 57 spell damage, which affects my demonic pact by about 6 damage. As of now, fully raid buffed/flasked, my DP is giving about 373 spell power.

So the question, should i wear the hit pants and lose some spell power (57) and gain some other talents like hit range, or lose the spell power and other talents, and gain 57 spell power?
