Patch 3.2 Companion Pets

Why all this "Rare Elite" not a single one of them are rare elites they are just normal rare spawns, as far as I know rare elites only exists in shadow moon valley, 3 of them and one in netherstorm.

Deviate Hatchling--Got one from the pink raptors (deviate ravager) in the instance. Had to reset 5 times and there are about 30 raptors in the instance. Going to try for another after the timer is up.

Edit* another one dropped in 5 resets. This one was off a blue deviate guardian.

Didn't see this mentioned, so I'm going to ask it. Are the raptor pets BoP?
