Hey guys, some really top work in this thread (I've just spent my entire dinner hour looking through it!)

There's actually an option not showing the head on armory, just left to the pose arrows there's a cog wheel. Click it and it shows display options where you can hide head, cloak etc.

Sometimes the modelviewer will be installed in your add or remove programs, try removing it and then reinstalling and see if that works if your using the installer? Otherwise, use the rar folder instead.

edit - if still an issue, have you tried opening an issue on the google code site?
