sqwak and awe 3.2/PTR ... and new t8-4P bonus

Hey , anybody know if sqawk and awe work with the new eclipse rotation/cooldown
if someone tried it yet

and does anybody knows if the 4piece worth getting it OR
getting t8 helm/chest + t7 pants/sumthing else is the best combo?

I am interested to know about squawk and awe as well.

Off the bat I would still say that 2pc 8.5 is still going to be better, especially with high crit rating.

However, 4pc T9 is really looking good now, they changed it from 3% to 4% and made it damage not crit which is completely awesome.

It would be like upping the set bonus from 3% crit to say 8% crit making this set bonus the second best set bonus that we have received thus far (first is 2pc T8 though, which make it kind of null and void, because noone will be using it)

With no cooldown on eclipse the 2pc T8 bonus would be equivalent to about (Internet statistic inc. :P) 7% static damage done to wrath and starfire. So unless the stat bonusses of the 2 T9 pieces themself add up to more than 3% damage done, then I reckon we will still see 2T8 and 2T9.
