Darkmoon card Death Proc rate in Arena, Berserking enchant proc rate

After buying the card and getting the enchant and then doing a few arenas last night I am concerned that there may be a limitiation to these items proccing in arena? Please confirm that there is no limitation to the Darkmoon card Death, and the berseking enchant working like dsigned in arena.

dmcd has a 45sec internal cd and has a 35% proc chance.
afaik beserking doesnt have an internal cd.
