By my calculation, assuming a boss with a 3.0 attack speed, that works out to ~ 3479 armour over the 20 sec duration. (5376 if the boss had a 1.0 attack speed). Granted, my math is not particularly stellar, but my numbers won't be wildly off. Lets compare to:

Edit: to the poster below me... if you're gunna look at hard mode gear, compare it with other hard mode gear. Uld25 hard mode 2hs deal 244 dps, compared to 281. Uld25 easy mode 2hs deal 232 dps, compared to 255.
Jesus, I wonder if the DPS on those 2h melee weapons are wrong but thats quite an enormous dps jump from ulduar weapons.

I might be wrong here, but isn't the duration refreshed every time you are hit in those 20 seconds? So it should last for 38-40 seconds, and you most likely have 6125 extra armor in the last 20 seconds.Originally Posted by gonterf

Keep in mind that once it is capped it will continualy refresh up to its 350 ap for the rest of the fight as long as a hit is landed on target, whereas the Nexus trinket only happens for 20 secs every 2 mins. Now which one is better?Originally Posted by schleimhaut
