Blizzard makes certain pets untamable for any one of a number of reasons, usually involving bugs associated with the tamed beast.
zomg worgen druid
Enough races already :l
The xorothian plains are the place where warlocks summon their dreadsteeds from. (lvl 60 mount) if I remember the warlock mount quest logs. =/
The goblins fought for the Horde during the Warcraft II. It's not that hard to believe, if the scenario forces a cartel of the goblin joining the Horde again.Originally Posted by Khalkaroth

They are actually the same "species" just one of them got corrupted by Sargeras and the other remained pure and fled to Azeroth.

To purr, or not to purr...
Long time lurker here being compelled to make an account for this.
First off, let me start with quoting a certain boss in Ulduar by saying:
"NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!"
Secondly,
Just because lore should not change doesn't mean that Blizzard won't do it anyways. As utterly retarded as it would be for the Worgen (that we know of) to join the orderly Alliance, and as much as it would hurt the Goblin's potential profits and reputation if a whole bunch of them joined the Horde, Blizzard has been known to slaughter their own lore for things that would be "cool."Originally Posted by berriwood
Blizzard grandfathered everyone who had a spirit guide wolf. They took away everyone's Worgen pet.Originally Posted by JElmore

Blizzard retconned the old draenei lore when BC was released.
About 21,000 years ago, Sargeras, the Destroyer of Worlds, approached the eredar race, telling them that he was impressed by their work. He offered the three leaders of the eredar — Archimonde, Kil'jaeden, and Velen — untold power in exchange for their loyalty. Soon after, Velen then had a vision dictating the creation of the Burning Legion and its aftermath. He warned Kil'jaeden and Archimonde about this but they did not heed his warning. Instead, hungry for the power they could gain, they accepted Sargeras' offer. Many willing Eredar were transformed, but a faction of uncorrupted Eredar led by Velen fled their homeworld of Argus, calling themselves the "Draenei" ("the Exiled Ones"). For thousands of years, they wandered the universe exploring dozens of worlds. Each time they found a home, however, the Burning Legion would be upon them. After traveling through much of the cosmos, they finally found a safe world which they called Draenor ("Exile's Refuge").
boub posted this just to create chaos
They are the exact same race. Velen was Kil'jaeden and Archimonde best pal before Sargeras. The three ruled the Eredar. The only reason why Velen and the Draenei escaped was because Velen saw the future.Originally Posted by berriwood
