Fate is one of the oldest guilds on Dalvengyr, a low-medium population server. Our players are driven to excel, as proven by our numerous server firsts, including Heroic Eye of Eternity, Heroic and Regular Naxxramas, as well as individual server first 80 rogue, warrior, mage and warlock. We raid 25man Ulduar 5 nights a week, and frequently run 10man Ulduar or Naxx on our off nights. We get along very well, and it is not uncommon for our members to hang out in vent outside of raid hours, or even occasionally in real life.
Applicants are expected to show up prepared to every raid 15 minutes early, with raid food, potions and flasks, and anything your class requires for peak performance (reagents, top dps bullets, etc). You should be able to both understand the theorycrafting behind your class or do some basic theorycrafting of your own. We are looking for additional members for hard modes, so we are primarily looking for applicants with full 25man Naxx gear or better, with extensive experience with Ulduar fights. If necessary, we can and will spend an entire night's raid wiping to a single boss during progression, so if you are looking to get carried to titles, drakes, and gear, this is not the guild for you. While we are aware you have a life outside this game, we have all committed to make our raid hours 5 nights a week, and we expect the same from anyone hoping to join us.
We strongly prefer applicants who are able to use complete sentences and spell check in their applications, as well as actual words instead of lolspeak and numbers. We are primarily looking for warlocks and druids (all specs), and have space for a Death Knight (tank and dps preferred), a prot pally, and a shaman (preferably resto with offspec). We tend to have a surplus of warriors, however, as always, exceptional players of any class are encouraged to apply.
