Hit rating!

So I was in a raid last night and we were talking about hit rating someone asked me what my hit was I answer 8.97% and they said "Ih i guess thats good enough." Is I was wondering is the hit rating 9% now because I thought it was 8%

2h phys hit cap -> 8%
DW phys hit cap -> 27%
Spell hit cap -> 17%

You can counter the hit cap by hit rating or the following hit increases:

DK phys hit increase:
Draenai Aura +1% phys hit
Nerves of Cold Steel +3% DW hit

DK spell hit increase:
Draenai Aura +1% spell hit
Misery or Imp. Feary Fire +3% spell hit
Virulence +3% spell hit
Total: 6% (7% alliance)
