I made a nice addon that makes missing fish feats and other conjured items harder to miss

Automatically announce when the folliwing items are created by any of the party/raid members.

* Fish Feast
* Great Feast
* Soul Portal
* Refreshment Portal
* Scrapbot
* Field Repair Bot 110G

Announces are only made when you are in a party or raid.
Uses /raidwarning if leader or assistent, else /say
