According to the item in the database (link below), the 4-set bonus for the warlock PVP gear is:
Reduces the casting time of your Fear spell by 1.0 sec.

Is this just a bug or did we get a buff? (which maybe I haven't noticed?)

Its a nerf if its 0.1 (its 0.2 atm)

I think its just a bug and it should say 0.2

yeah the mmo db as 1.0 seconds on ALL the glad sets...so yeah something aint right
