Emblem of heroism tanking libram got bffed?

I was farming heroics earlier today and i noticed that the buff from that libram now last alot longer than what it was before, now it lasts 10 seconds which means you can have it for the duration of the whole fight.

I dont remember reading anything about it so if its something old and people already know about it then maybe i should read more carefully next time xD

they doubled the duration of all blocking buffs in 3.2

This was in patch notes. All items with block value got their BV stat increased x2, and all trinkets and librams that provided Block Value got their duration increased instead.

Yes, the good old first level 80 epic libram you get is the BiS until you can get the new conq libram. I find it extremely irrational that the one you get from 25 man ulduar is worse than the one you can get from emblems : It has doble duration but less BV, so it's worse since they both easily have 100% uptime.

That whole Block Value change thing was stupid as hell as long as "buffs" look like that (uptime from 100% to 200%) , blockvalue only comes with block-rating and every boss in the game is a hard, but never a fasthitter.
