Frost PVE

Since they changed Empowered Frostbolt i wonder if this specc is viable with good spell damage and great amount of haste.

With just frostbolt spamming and finger of frost i think atleast quite good pressure should be doable.

Frost will ALWAYS be a pvp spec. Deal with it. I don't know why Blizzard keep trying to make it otherwise.

I remember mages used to forget to switch to frost for Al'ar and they would enter combat and vent would turn into a shitshow "FUCK RESISTED"

The reduce cast time on frostbolt improved the situation a bit, but frost is still far behind fire and arcane in PVE.

edit: Blizzard hasn't tried to make it work in PVE, with the exception of the ice lance glyph. If they were trying, it wouldn't be sitting 20%+ behind other specs at times.
