Is there any definitive answer on wether or not 51/7/13 is inferior to 51/13/7? Apperantly I cannot use my spreadsheet for this question because it apperantly has an ArP calculation bug.
Afaik EJ stated that 51/13/7 is better, as there was a miscalculation with Serrated Blades that made the talent appear stronger then it actually was.
