Edit: pvp gem Haste and SP as frost
pve if hit capped go SP>Crit>Haste as ffb

FFB is good PvE starting spec but it needs 3% more hit than arcane
thought arcane has mana problems with blue gear so go FFB and after couple of epics go arcane


For PvP go for 20/0/51 spec
