Who We Are
Meta of Deathwing-US is a competitive Alliance guild consisting of committed individuals who share the goal of advancing through all current content as quickly as possible. As such, individuals in Meta are highly knowledgeable of not only their own class, but also complicated game mechanics, other classes, raid strategies, and the ever-changing face of the World of Warcraft.
Progression History
Meta was previously known as <Upper Echelon> of Nordrassil-US. Upper Echelon was the #1 Alliance guild on Nordrassil for two years, clearing Gruul's, Magtheridon's Lair, SSC, TK, MH, BT and up to Kalecgos in Sunwell prior to the respective nerfs and removal of attunement quests, clearing Sunwell shortly after. The current core of Meta raiders, who originated from Upper Echelon of Nordrassil, progressed through the following Wrath content with the same level of skill and commitment as any of the raids pre-Wrath:
Naxxramas 10 & 25-man (Glory of the Raider obtained)
Eye of Eternity 10 & 25-man
Obsidian Sanctum (3 drakes) 10 & 25-man
Ulduar 10 - 14/14, 9/9 HM Glory of the Ulduar Raider, Alone in the Darkness, Algalon
Ulduar 25 - 14/14, 9/9 HM Heroic: Glory of the Ulduar Raider
Trial of the Grand Crusader (Heroic) 10 - 5/5 (Tribute to Insanity)
