Real good tips here, thanks everyone.
I think our problem was not getting 2 cores for one head drop and also stressing out in phase 4 which caused a few wipes.
Thanks everyone.
Trying it again once our Druid gets his connection back up.

Don't stress about getting 2 cores at a time -- we find that when we force it, we cause ourselves to wipe. If you have a clear drop after one core, use it; otherwise, save for 2 cores.Originally Posted by Bainz
In every phase (except maybe 2nd), we just kite around the room, so that we're always heading into the places that are just clearing from fire. Make sure that between phases you group up as far from the boss as possible, close to a wall and existing fire (to keep it clumped up as much as possible).
For phases 1 and 4, we tank specifically along the line in the middle of the room -- the one halfway between the inner circle line and the outer edge. It seems to be a good position: gives enough room to kite comfortably, but also leaves enough room towards the wall that you can get away from barrage. Of course, exact kiting path depends on where you get the frost bombs, but sticking with a generally circular pattern seems to help everybody move in a calm and orderly fashion.
Good luck!
