Both are going to have 34 agi gem plus 20 agi gem and 10 stats.

The only reason I am unsure is a could use the hit...

If you're hitcapped without chest, it's a pretty major upgrade.

Well I just have to use grim toll with http://www.wowhead.com/?item=46960 which gives me 228 hit, otherwise i would have 145 hit. Shame thou because have to replace fury of the five flights...

Then it's a question of if you want to spec into or gem/enchant for hit.
