Can't dragons take on multiple forms? because im pretty sure we will see him in human form at some point.

He might show up as a human now and again just for convenience of not having to be so huge, I guess...
But then again, I don't know enough about Deathwings ego to know if he'll stay dragon all throughout the game just because of the physical power that comes with the size.

We don't know by now, but my guess is, that our beloved Varian is Deathwing.
Came out of nowhere, was severly pissed, pretended to have slain Onyxia and now wages war just for fun.

But unlikely since the Cataclysm happens when Deathwing decides to come back to the surface. Since Decolace is still the depressing corner of the world it has ever been, and Barrens haven't been mutilated yet, he's still in his lair

You have to keep in mind that he has changed drastically.

It's possible he's not even capable of turning into a humanoid.

Either his incredible power(10x his power as an aspect) disallows it(The human form isn't capable of holding that much power, forcing him to stay in dragon form all the time.)
Or the plates used to keep his body together won't allow shapeshifting.

Though with magic everything is possible.
But I don't see why he would want to do that..

His form is essentially magma, held together by abnormally heat resistant plates. To be honest... I really dont want to see how that would come out, in a humanoid form.

No, he showed himself with his little hello, he won't hide on a human form. He could be a human in the beginning of his encounter and transform into a dragon though, but that's highly unlikely to happen.

Out of nowhere? Varian has been in game since it launched, and his character has been around since WC II. Get your sources straight, the one Blizzard pulled out of their butt was Garrosh (don't turn this into a Garrosh/Varian tread please..)
