ENH shaman LF help in leveling

i have recently started a shaman, he is lvl 15 atm. i got myself http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42943, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42950, and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48677 (i bought the first 2 pre 3.2, when there was not yet a heirloom mace.) i am planning on leveling as enh. now, i was wondering a few things, since my guildies all have different opinions about this:

    • when do i switch to DW? my brother said at first at 5/5 maelstrom weapon, then he said after you finished out DW spec, then once you get lava lash... and my guildies say you can best keep using a 2H until you reach outland, because up to that moment, the weapons are so bad it is not worth it. but if i will take 2 heirloom weapons, can i switch earlier?
    • is it worth it to spec into instant ghost wolf? because i get mounts 4 levels later.
    • i will take the 1H mace in mainhand, but what about the OH? another mace? or the dagger? better slow/slow or slow/fast?
    • should i go with dual WF or with windfury and FT? they say dual WF will mess with the internal proc rate. but is dual WF not a bit better while leveling?

sorry if these questions may seem dumb, but it is the first time i am playing a shaman.

    1. i personally started DW asap, especially if u are getting the heirloom 1handers. (the quest weapons arent that bad)
    2. i never found instant GW useful for anything but pvp. (the glyph is good tho)
    3. for ur OH, u want a slow weapon as it helps LL and SS damage
    4. i always went WF/FT as a decent amount of enh damage is spell. + LL gets a small boost, and i liked that WF was always hitting big(no OH waste)

but again its leveling, u can do wutever and still get exp
