He will also summon an undead phoenix. But don't worry, I'm sure it Cataclysm we will find him in Azsharas raid, with the Old Gods controlling him.

Well if you think about it...

In game when we die we are: crushed, maimed, burned alive, blown up, killed with plague-like devices/magic, souls sucked out, and possibly dismembered including and not limited to beheading.

I think if Blizzard really wanted to bring Kael back they could without too much farfetched justification.

I know I'd like to see Kael come back, he's too cool to die.
