Might of the Leviathan vs The Executioner's Vice

Hi all.
Im blood dk with 379 ArP (30,77%) and only 22,69% crit chance (unbuffed,without horn) and I cant decide between Might of the Leviathan (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45285) and The Executioner's Vice (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47297).

Executioners will give me around 40 AP more and around 1,09% crit chance but i will lose 43 (3,49%) ArP. So should I stick with Might of Leviathan or should I change neck?

If you can put the extra +hit to use (Like, maybe change ice walker on boots to +ap if possible), I'd say go with Executioner's Vice.
