Doing 10man ToC last night as MT and I could not for the life of me get him positioned on the permafrost. We had it stacked 2 wide and 3 deep overlapping and he would just burrow down through it. Is the tooltip for it wrong (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=67857) or is it only intended to block his adds from burrowing?

Also, if he burrows a third time it seems like there are many more adds than the first 2 burrows, is this intended? Our first attempt we got overrun by these adds going into Phase 3. Our next attempt we got him to <30% in 2 burrows so it wasn't a problem.

the permafrost only prevents the adds to burrow. Anub will always burrow when it comes time. Also its preferred to only have 2 burrow phases because going into 3 makes the enrage timer very close. I suggest bloodlusting during the first or 2nd time hes up to get him into p3 easier. cuz p3 is easy.

He cant burrow up through it, but can burrow down, if that makes any sense. When trying to burrow up in phase 2 to get someone, he will be stunned an target someone else.

From everything I have read, you cannot prevent him from burrowing.

Yea, just checked the guide I used going into the fight yesterday and it has been changed.
