Help me with gear gemming

Hello guys, i have a question regarding the gems on my gear.
I'm really confused to be honnest and i need some advice, so I hope someone can help me here.
Thing is that i want to stay mutilation all the time, i don't wanna be a combat rogue.
But while playing i saw many players having their gear filled with Agi gems only....
So i want some suggestion from you guys, like... if i should regem, and with what.
Please help me.

+10 stats nightmare tear
+20 agi in all other slots

Can't really go wrong with that.

Sure can go wrong.

OP does not have 4/5 t8, which usually means that gemming AP or in rare cases, ArP is better than agi.
