Guilds goal:
Our goal is to combine the pleasure of a friendly guild with a good progress.
We want to have friendly playing on day time and on nights we go hardcore raiding between 20.00-24.00(CEST).

Our Aim at moment is to clear Ulduar hard mode and whenever new content will be released we want to be there and clear it.

We have openings for all classes and specs under the condition good experienced mature and skilled players.We are lookin for people that can raid with us for the pleasure to raid and not just for the nice coloured pixels.
We open our ”friendly home” also for people that struggle in the decision of being still in a small guild with friends and also doing heroic raids.Meaning, if you and your friends think its time to move on we offer the chance for you as a ”bunch” to join a raiding guild and still be together.

Requirements:
• 18 years or more, act mature and take your responsibility.
• You need to be able to understand others, compromise, make sacrifices and show intiative where applicable.
• Fundamentally, if you don't appreciate or value our basics of respect for yourself and others, being trustworthy or are incapable of being honest, this guild is not for you.
• Skill, with skill is not just gear, its about knowing your specc and your class. To have right gems and right enchants for example and know also the rotations.We do not look for medium skilled people or good players, but we look for exceptional and very good raiders.
• Be prepared, food and elixirs/flasks before invites start.


And we have fun too. A sense of humour really is vital if you're wiping on a boss six times, believe us. ToB's viewpoint is that if the *game* you're playing isn't fun, you're doing something wrong. However, we do not believe in having fun at someone else's expense, be they a guild member or not. That means no bullying, no trolling, flaming, or griefing, in game or on ANY forum.

Heroic Raid Days:
• Wednesday - 20.00 - 24.00
• Thursday - 20.00 - 24.00
• Monday - 20.00 - 24.00
(Invites start at 19.45)

We are lookin to start raidin 5 days a week again as soon as possible. In the free days we do 10 man Ulduar hard modes and Toc10 hard modes.
